I’ve spent the past 12+ years working in the online gaming industry across four different operators, with a primary focus on Payments and Risk Management. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of vendors and technology providers, often helping identify and implement optimizations that not only benefited the organizations I worked for, but could also create value across the broader industry.

It was through this collaborative experience that I developed a passion for helping others optimize their operations and platforms.

I’ve worked with payment operations teams, fraud system providers, KYC providers, and a variety of other technology platforms within the online gaming ecosystem. If it’s a system, process, or workflow, I can help identify opportunities to optimize it.

My experience also extends beyond gaming. I previously worked in the online retail space, where I developed a strong interest in risk mitigation and understanding how businesses can proactively identify and address potential threats.

My educational background is in Finance, and I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) while working full-time in the emerging gaming industry.

I approach this by treating each challenge like a “game.” Through conversations, demos, and observation, I break down what works, identify what doesn’t, and challenge assumptions along the way. I naturally look for the gaps, poke holes in existing processes, and imagine how the experience could be rethought—with better flows, smarter solutions, and ultimately, a more effective outcome.
